Introductory session
The first session will be an introductory one, where we will discuss your history, any previous therapy experience and your reasons for coming to therapy. This is also the time when we will decide together whether we are a good fit for each other. This session usually takes up to 60 minutes.
Cancellation policy
Session cancellations will require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full cost of the session unless there are extenuating circumstances. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be rearranged for another, mutually convenient time at no additional charge.
